Jerry Albarelli Obituary
Jerry Albarelli, age 99, of Trumbull, beloved husband of the late Rose Rossi Albarelli, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 19, 2023 in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born Gennarino Albarelli on October 24, 1923, he was a son of the late Joseph and Antoinette Anacelli Albarelli. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. Jerry was the owner and operator of Mr. Jerry's Ltd. Clothing Store in Bridgeport and Trumbull from 1958 – 2006. He took pride in providing quality clothing to his many customers in Fairfield County and beyond. He was a hardworking and loving husband, father and grandfather. The unconditional love he gave and the values he taught will forever live in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his two loving children, a son, Gerald Albarelli and a daughter, Doreen Tilt, a cherished and adored granddaughter, Kiersten Caravella and her husband Matthew, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son-in-law, William Tilt, and siblings, Marie Posh and Samuel, Ralph and John Albarelli. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Christ the King Church, 4700 Madison Ave., Trumbull. Interment with military honors will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Thursday morning from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. at Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Rest in Peace Mr Jerry ! We were customers of this gentleman since 1960 in his old store with his brother John! When we saw each other at Testos just before the pandemic sitting with friend by the fireplace who worked for him , he would always greet me by saying The Youngest of the Jimenez boys! There were three of
us and always remembered us! What a Gentleman and truly sincere man! Rest in Eternal Peace Mr Jerry!

Sorry to here about Jerry. I was one of his best customers .He asked me to take pictures of the outfits I bought when I was going out and give them to him. He would put them on the wall in his Bridgeport store. He was a great man with a super personality. REST IN PEACE AND GOD BLESS
