John Dubinsky Obituary

DUBINSKY John A. Dubinsky Sr., age 95, husband of Dorothy Titus Dubinsky, of Manor Road, Southington, died at home on Monday, October 20, 2003. He was born June 23, 1908 in Ansonia, son of the late Anthony and Agatha Ambruziute Dubinsky. A former Ansonia resident. He was an office worker for American Brass Co., and Communicant of St. Anthony s Church, where he Sang in the Choir and was a member of the Church s Nocturnal Adoration Society. In addition to his wife, Dorothy; he is survived by two daughters, Ellen Dubinsky of Bristol and Dorothy Ward of Campville, N.Y; two sons, Jay Dubinsky of Plantsville and James P. Dubinsky of Lansdale, Pa.; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister, Anne Blazis; and one brother, Stanley Dubinsky. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, at 9:15 a.m. from the Jenkins-King Funeral Home, 12 Franklin Street, Ansonia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. from St. Anthony s Church of Ansonia. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery, Derby. Friends may call on Wednesday, from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Central Connecticut, 40 East Street, Plantsville, CT 06062.
