If I live to be a hundred I shall never forget
John McGarry. His wit, His knowledge, His example. His love for his family and concern for our country.

John was a true wit, his sense of humor was always spot on. I loved visiting his class, and he would always impart some pearl of wisdom. Truly one of my all time favorites. I will miss his unique voice and his sharp personality.

I'm so sorry to hear of John's passing. I was a student of his in 1960-1 at SHS when he went to BHS I would work with him nights. I still build furniture and guitars. Thank You John for letting me work with you.

God bless Mr. McGarry, he was my woodshop teacher, we were the 1st class of girls at Bunnell to take woodshop, and I still have some of the things that I made in class. Rest in peace. Ruth Korpita (maiden name was Berry). Plus I believe he was also my driver's ed teacher.
