Joseph Christiano Obituary
October 30, 1958- December 29, 2024
Joseph L. Christiano, age 66, passed away on December 29, 2024, after his battle with kidney disease. He was born in Yonkers, NY, and was the beloved son of the late Joseph D. Christiano and Dolores Timson. Joseph graduated from Greenwich High School and worked for many years at his family's auto dealership, Russell Chevrolet, in Fairfield, CT. In 2013, he relocated to Spartanburg, South Carolina, where he spent his later years. An avid New York Yankees fan and passionate golfer, Joseph found joy in life's simple pleasures. One of his happiest moments came in April 2024 when he welcomed his first grandchild into the world.
Joseph was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Richard Christiano. He is lovingly remembered by his son, Joseph R. Christiano (Bailey); grandson, Joseph S. Christiano; stepmother, Adrienne Christiano, and siblings, Gregory Arroyo (Sue); Linda Christiano, and Miranda Delfino. A private ceremony has taken place to honor Joseph's life. The family kindly requests that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation 30 East 33rd St. New York, NY 10016 or a charity of your choice in his memory.

My dear brother was my rock as I went through one of the hardest times in my life! Joey, today I wanted to give you a call and let you know some happy news and had to remember you were gone. I pray you are with the Lord with no more battles and are living in peace. I love you Joey and I miss you every day!
