Dear Bridie, Kevin, Joey and family,
My heart was breaking when I heard about our beloved Joe. From my children to my grandchildren to Max and I, Joe was universally loved by all of us in the Felton family. We could not have imagined our lives in Fairfield without Joe. As you know, he has meant the world to all of us and I cant fathom a world without him in it. I hope you know how much I wanted to be there this morning to give you all a giant hug (Im, unfortunately, not back from Houston until Sunday). Sending my sincerest and deepest condolences to all of you. It was my privilege and honor to have Joe in our lives.
Sincerely and with love,
Rhetta Felton
