Joseph Albert Stage Sr.
Joseph Albert Stage Sr., age 84 of Shelton, formerly of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest peacefully on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at Maefair Center for Health & Rehabilitation where he was surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of the late Clarence Stage and Gertrude (Ruff) Kopaz. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Linda (Rovinelli) Stage. Survived by one sister Kim Arsenault and her husband Art of Bridgeport, a son Joseph Stage Jr and his wife Teresa of Shelton, two daughters Lisa Eannotti and her husband William Jr of Shelton and Kristine Resto and her husband Michael of Shelton. Seven grandchildren, Billy III and his wife Rebecca, Alyssa and her husband Johnnie, Julia, Sophia, Diana, Kayla and Alexis. One great-grandchild Amelia.
Graveside Services will take place on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Trumbull. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Swim Across the Sound, 2800 Main Street Bridgeport, CT 06606 in Joe's memory.
