Josephine Colodonato Obituary
COLODONATO Josephine (Saad) Colodonato, age 99, of Stratford, beloved wife of the late James E. Colodonato entered eternal life Thursday, January 23, 2014 in the Lord Chamberlain Nursing Facility, Stratford. Mrs. Colodonato was born September 20, 1914 in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Monsur and Kazama (Besheer) Saad and had been a lifetime area resident. Josephine loved going to the Library and was a retired cashier for First National Stores. She was devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren. Survivors included her son James Colodonato and his wife Judy of Georgia, two grandchildren, Jill Colodonato of Georgia and James Colodonato and his wife Jesseca of Hamden; one sister, Rose Simko of New Jersey and several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Mark, Church, 500 Wigwam Lane, Stratford. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may visit with the family Saturday before service Mass time from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the William R.
