I consider Leo a mentor of mine as he interviewed me when I was applying for the role of Compensation and Benefits Manager at Dictaphone which was a unit of Pitney Bowes in 1982 and then interviewed me in 1991 when I was being considered for a leadership role in Corporate Benefits and his words were " some of us think you can pitch in the big leagues but if you elect to stay at Dictaphone you will stay there forever and the rest is history as he then helped me navigate the land mines of corporate politics and taught me how to get projects approved through the various channels and was always there for me to answer how to move this project X or project Y across the finish line. He taught me life lessons that I have carried with me when I left Pitney Bowes and for that I am grateful. Rest in peace Leo and God Bless you and your family. Dave

Leo had been our across-the-street neighbor for several years. We will surely remember him as a kind and faithful person. He was always available to listen and give heartfelt advice, as if we were family. We will miss those conversations we had at the top of your driveway. There is a place in heaven for you, Leo. The neighborhood won't be the same without you. With our love and prayers, Maryanne and Erik Hedman

Leo, I love you. You and Pricilla have always been in my prayers. Because of you, I am looking up the Saint of the Day. I don´t forget the stories you have shared. Every now and then one will pop into into my mind, and apropos to the situation, bring me peace. Even though we had lost touch, you were never far away. Peace, my friend. DeColores!
