Linda Rose Obituary

Linda Ann Rose
Linda Ann (Frouge) Rose, age 66, fell asleep in death on July 25, 2018 in Atlantic City, NJ after being stricken while on a cruise with her family. She is the devoted wife of 47 years to Stephen Thomas Rose and the love of his life. Linda was born in Bridgeport, CT on October 24, 1951, daughter of the late Joseph and Eleanor (Capasso) Frouge.
She was a highly-esteemed realtor for over 15 years with both William Raveis and ERA in Milford and had served as an irreplaceable administrative/office assistant at a variety of local companies for decades. Linda's greatest joys were assisting at her daughter's dance studio, party planning, interior decorating, sharing her faith with others and making all of her family, friends and clients feel loved and special in so many unique ways. Everyone who knew Linda, loved her.
Linda is the beloved mother of two daughters, Shellie Rose Setum and her husband Rick and Stephanie Rose. She is the adoring grandmother of Nicholas Setum. She is the oldest sister of 10 siblings: Joseph Frouge, Jo-Ann Ferreri, Carol Moccaie, Clark Frouge, Cheryl Miller, Stephen Frouge, Michael Frouge, and John Frouge. She was predeceased by her brothers, Robert and Frank Frouge. She is also survived by 24 nieces and nephews (2 predeceased) and 22 great nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Friday, August 3rd from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Rd., Shelton. On Saturday, August 4th, her memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 1 Platt Rd., Shelton.
