Patsy was such a special lady. We will all miss her because she was simply amazing in so many quiet and gentle yet strong ways. I count my blessings that she was a dear friend and will remember the times together for her lovely laughter and the wonderful sense of humor she had. After the long and painful struggle she
endured there is something so comforting knowing she is now and forever in the Palm of God's hand.
With love and prayers to all the family

To the Puglia and Lavin families: Patsy was a joy and a brave woman with a deep faith. We enjoyed getting together when my sister Mary Theresa would visit and get a bite to eat and a glass of wine. She will be greatly missed by all. God Bless her and may she rest in peace. Affectionately, John and Ronnie O'Leary
