Mary Cornell Obituary
Mary Jo Cornell, 98, a long-time resident of Fairfield, and beloved wife of A. William Cornell, died peacefully on October 18, 2022.
Friends and family are invited to greet the family on THURSDAY, November 3rd from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the LESKO & POLKE FUNERAL HOME, 1209 Post Road, Fairfield. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 4th at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Anthony Church, 149 South Pine Creek Road, Fairfield, CT 06824. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery in Fairfield. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary Jo's memory to the Bigelow Senior Center, 100 Mona Terrace, Fairfield.

My condolences to the entire Cornell Family. Mary Jo was always so pleasant and concerned for others. She loved sitting in the sun in the courtyard and listening and singing with all of our entertainers. She will be missed at Cambridge Health and Rehabilitation Center.
