Mary Ryan Obituary

RYAN Mary Ann Ryan, age 59, of Cold Spring Circle, Shelton, entered into rest Wednesday, November 26, 2003, in her home with her loving family by her side. Mary Ann was the devoted wife of Alan Ryan. She was born in Bridgeport, October 6, 1944, loving daughter of Vito and Mary D-Alesio Ranalli of Bridgeport and has been a Shelton resident for most of her life. Mary Ann was the beloved mother of Mark Ryan and his wife, Kara, Michael Ryan, Debra Tatroe and Carla Zwaan and her husband, Ard. She was the sister of Vito Ranalli Jr. and Patricia Wilson; and the loving grandmother of Elizabeth and Katelyn Tatroe and Jaylee Zwaan; and also leaves two nieces and a nephew. Friends may greet the family on Friday, TODAY, November 28, 2003, from 3 to 7 p.m. in the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton. On Saturday, November 29, 2003, a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Diane McClanahan, pastor, of the First United Methodist Church of Shelton, officiating. Burial will be in Lawn Cemetery in the Huntington Center section of Shelton. At the request of the family, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael Bourque Memorial Fund for Child, Inc., 15 West Street, Shelton, CT 06484, or through the funeral home.
