Matt was an amazing partner and agency lead over the 3 agencies I worked at over the last 7 years. His knowledge in healthcare and data solutions was amazing and he worked very hard to deliver for our clients and my teams. He will be greatly missed and my heart goes out to the Littlefield's. There are no words I can express but to say he was an amazing human.

To the entire Littlefield family:
I only knew Matthew from our days living on the same dormitory floor at Hofstra, but during that brief period of spending time around him, I could tell he was loved by all of his friends. He had an amazing sense of humor and would always have something to say to make you laugh or smile. I'm very sorry for your loss.

I worked with Matt at Crossix and he was the best. Always fun, always smiling and always had a joke to tell. He made my time working there so much better just for being around. He will be missed.
