He’s in a better place right now
Than he’s ever been before;
All pain is gone; he’s now at rest;
Nothing troubles him anymore.
It’s we who feel the burden of
Our sadness and our grief;.
We have to cry, to mourn our loss,
Before we get relief.
We know we’ll reconnect with him
At the end of each life’s road;
We’ll see him cherished face again
When we release our earthly load.

"I have great memories of him" "He would always put a smile on my face"

I'm so sorry about the loss of Mike and my thoughts and prayers are with you. While I had not bumped into Mike for many years, memories of him popped into my head over that time and they always brought a big smile to my face. I remember him as a fun, smart and very kind person. While I'm saddened that our paths won't cross again, I'm happy and fortunate that they did.

Michael will be a great loss to those of us who knew him. Michael always had a heart of gold & had such a gentleness about him towards everyone. He was the guy in high school that everyone loved. I truly believe that he just made any situation all of a sudden very calm and relaxed. He was just that kind of guy. I'll miss you Mike.

To hear of Mike's sudden passing hit me like a ton of bricks this morning as I learned of it on my FaceBook page this morning (2/18).
I have known Mike since he and his family move to Nichols Ave back in the late 70's and we attended school together. I had been chatting with Kris, catching up recently. It felt like old times.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Mike's passing.
I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers and express my deepest condolences at this time.

RIP Michael.

February 17, 2010

We are deeply saddened by Mike's passing. Mike has been a part of our lives for many years. He first became friends with Sam during their youth, and then the rest of us had the pleasure of knowing him also. He had a heart of gold and always made others laugh. He loved our Mom's cooking and loved being around our Dad. He was heartbroken when he heard of our Dad's passing as we are of Mike's passing.

We love you Mike, and we will miss you dearly. Our memories of you will always be a part of our hearts.
