Michael Fogler Obituary

FOGLER Michael Charles Fogler, age 45, of Milford, passed away peacefully at his parent s home surrounded by his family. He was the beloved companion of Lola "Sandy Varga of Milford, with whom he resided. Michael was born in New Haven, on August 28, 1959, and was a longtime resident of Milford. He is survived by his parents, Edward C. and Mary Lee Folds Fogler of Milford; a son, Christopher Fogler of Milford; a sister, Patricia Merenda and her husband, Richard, of Milford, Kenneth Fogler and his wife, Deborah, of Burlington, and Dennis Fogler of Milford, and his girlfriend Katherine Sullivan. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and a great niece. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, January 28 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street, on the Green, Milford. Memorial contributions may be made to the Connecticut Hospice, 100 Double Beach Road, Branford, CT 06405 or to the Children s Oncology Dept; c/o Yale-New Haven Hospital, 20 York Street, New Haven, CT 06510.

My deepest sympathy to you all. You know my heart is with you even though I can't be. My best memories of Mike are playing pinochle at the kitchen table and trying to get the better of Daddy! I love you all- every day- even though I'm not there.
