Whenever I pass Mort's shop on Wakelee Ave., or get an oil change @ Frank's garage, I think of him. It's a wonderful memory of a generous , decent, funloving guy. That's a terrific memory. And Mort's
legacy.

So sad that this day has come -- with Mort's passing, again we see the end of an era when The Greatest Generation built businesses from nothing and were self-made. He was one of the smartest people we knew, possessing a keen intellect and a sharp analytical mind. His passion for business was contagious and always made for lively discussions. Mort's passing leaves a great void, and we will truly miss him.
