Patricia Ferrick Obituary
Sister Patricia Ferrick, SSND, died unexpectedly on June 28, 2025, in Long Branch, New Jersey, while she was on retreat. Sister Pat, a native of Brooklyn, NY, became a School Sister of Notre Dame in 1962. During her ministerial years, she taught and served in pastoral ministry. From 1982 to 2015, Sister Pat ministered in Santiago, Chile. Upon her return to the U.S., she volunteered at the Arizona/Mexico Border Project in Douglas, AZ.
Viewing will be on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Wake Service at 10:30 a.m., at St. Andrew Church, 435 Anton St., Bridgeport, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery, Bethel, CT.
Memorial contributions may be made to SSND Development Office, 345 Belden Hill Rd., Wilton, CT 06897.
