Paul Rowberry Obituary

Paul Rowberry
Paul "Christopher" Rowberry, devoted husband, beloved father, passed 55 years young on December 26th, 2021 at his home with his family by his side in Easton, CT.
Chris was born in Salt Lake, UT and moved to Arizona. He went on to receive his BS Cum Laude in Finance at ASU. He was also a CFA charterholder. He retired as co-founder of Intrinsic Research Systems, an investment software company.
He loved traveling the world, and relaxing in Maui with his family. He had a passion for fly fishing in Chatham, MA and Montauk, NY. An avid skier since he was a kid in Utah, he loved skiing with his sons and wife. He walked five miles daily as routine exercise for 20 years, enough to travel around the globe at least once. Chris enjoyed cooking and baking delicious cookies and brownies. He had a love for discovering new foods, frozen margaritas, and coconut martinis.
Chris is survived by his wife, Kathy Rowberry, his two sons, Parker Rowberry and Foster Rowberry, his mother, and his two sisters.

Oh Chris! My heart aches every time I remember our last phone conversation just a few days before your passing. You sounded quite normal and cheerful, so I was in shock to get the sad news from Kathy. May you rest in peace.

My heart goes out to Kathy, Parker and Foster.
Hope time will help ease your sorrow.
Love,
Kim Ánh

My condolences Kathy, Parker and Foster.
I had the privilege of working with Chris and getting to know him during the StockVal days. He was a warm and welcoming man that quickly built rapport with everyone. Chris always spoke highly of his family. He left too soon and will be missed.
Rest in peace, friend.

Just to offer my love and Thanksgiving to Kathy and Parker and Foster..I as his mom am so glad you all surrounded Chris with love, kindness and encouragement daily..I can imagine the pain in your hearts going through this terrible illness with him..You were all prayed for daily..we all here in Phx expected a miracle for healing but God healed him completely in His way..He is with God and his son,Jesus now! No more fraility at all plus he is back together with Paul his dad..probably talking sports and enjoying his relatives like my mom Cora ..I ask God to surround you Kathy and Parker and foster with supernatural peace and a great hope to be reconnected with him in the eternity to come! In loving memory of a dear friend that l met in my college days as Kathy's roommate. A short tribute to the warm, kind and generous soul who always made those around him laugh with his stories. He lived a life full of accomplishments from graduation to retirement. His adventures from traveling to all corners of the globe and the hilarious stories from the cultural exchanges as only he can tell it. So many fond memories we had shared through these decades.. Graduation, career, love and marriage, building a family.. All the wonderful times and memories... Something no passage of time can erase. Rest in peace, our dear friend. Know that you are loved by those around you, especially Kathy, your spiritual warrior, and the legacy of two handsome boys who will inherit your intelligence, kindness and love. You are gone too soon but glad you fought on until the end and that you will continue to be a light that touched our lives.
