Peter Henn Obituary

HENN Peter Henn, age 60, a former Bridgeport resident, passed away suddenly in St Thomas, VI, where he lived for more than 10 years. He graduated from Bassick High School and joined the US Army in1968, qualifying Jump School with the 101st Airborne. He was a decorated Viet Nam Veteran, a recipient of the Army Commendation Medal w/"V" Device, the Vietnam Service Medal w/4 Bronze Service Stars, a Parachutist Badge, and a Combat Infantry Badge. He was pre deceased by his parents Emily and Rudolf Henn and two sisters, Alexandra Schivoletti and Theresia M Wright. He is survived by two brothers, Stephen Henn and wife, Jolan and Andrew Henn and wife, Elizabeth, two sisters, Cornelia Henn and Maria Henn; a niece and several nephews. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Jude Church, 707 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at 10 a.m. Arrangements are incomplete for internment with Military Honors in the Midletown Veterans Cemetery.

Polo a true friend for now and always, there are to many memories to even list you were there with Jack and I in high school, you were there when our daughter was born. you were there when she was married and we were all together many,many more precious moments..the last time we were together in St.Thomas we had another great time and made more cherished memories.....you have been a very troubled soul as of late and we wish you peace and comfort at long last. you will never ever be forgotten we love you Polo rest,rest,rest,in peace
