I recall working with Ralph Williams at one of the programs that Charles Tisdale had under the umbrella of ABCD summer programs for the youth in Bpt Conn . during the late 1960´sn
He was a well respected a nd innovative leader during his employment there.
Viewing his obituary brought back a flood of memories of a time that held such gray promise in the city of Bpt. Conn.
Before he transitioned , Ralph left a legacy that will always be remembered and cherished by those who worked with him and knew him as well.
