Richard A. Jones
Richard Allen Jones, age 82, of Trumbull, CT, passed away October 18, 2024, in his home. He was born in Bridgeport, CT, to the late Clifford and Gertrude Jones. Richard was a bus driver for the Greater Bridgeport Transit Authority. Richard was also a videographer for the Town of Trumbull and active member of the Trumbull Senior Center.
He is survived by his loving sister, Martha Vizzo, his four nieces and nephews, Thomas Vizzo and his wife Anna Marie, Vincent Vizzo and his wife Patricia, Paul Vizzo and his wife Christina and Deborah Barry and her husband, William, and several grandnieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his sisters, Susan Raiente, Sylvia Jones, and his brother, William Jones.
Friends and family are invited to attend his funeral services on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Burial in Lawncroft Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
