Richard Alan Weiner, 86, of Stratford, devoted husband of 65 years to Arlene (Horton) Weiner, died at his home on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015. Born in New Haven, March 6, 1929, he was the son of the late Louis H. and Frances Weiner. Beloved Father of Ellen Kaliner, Nancy (Brett) Silvers, and Steven (Laurie) Weiner. Dear Brother of the late Joseph Weiner and Esther Potoff. Cherished Grandfather of Elizabeth and Emily Weiner, Rebecca and Claudia Silvers.
Private Funeral Services at B'nai Jacob Memorial Park, 200 Wintergreen Ave.,New Haven, SUNDAY at 12:00 o'clock NOON. Memorial Contributions may be sent to the Parents Foundation for Transitional Living, 100 Broadway, New Haven, CT. 06511 or to Cong. B'nai Jacob, 75 Rimmon Rd., Woodbridge, CT 06525.
A Shiva Minyan will be held on Monday, Oct. 26th at 7:00p.m. at the home of Steven Weiner, 191 Casmir Dr., Fairfield, CT. Funeral Arrangements in care of Robert E. Shure Funeral Home, New Haven.
