Robert J. Filakovsky, age 73, of Huntington, CT, passed away March 10, 2016 in CT Hospice in Branford, CT. Mr. Filakovsky was born in Bridgeport to the late John and Rose Filakovsky, He was a retired carpenter and served in the army during the Vietnam War. Friends and family are invited to attend his funeral services on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. St. Lawrence Church, 505 Shelton Ave. Huntington, CT. Entombment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery with full military honors. At his request, calling hours have been omitted. Arrangements in care of the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd.
