Robert (Rob) Anthony Roskowski, 40, of Bridgeport, Connecticut, passed away suddenly on December 25, 2022. Rob was born on December 3, 1982 to parents Robert C. Roskowski and Paula A. Macaluso at Saint Vincent's Hospital in Bridgeport. He is survived by his daughter, Kaiah Roskowski, mother Paula, sister Giulia Gebhardt, aunt Debra, long-term partner Erin Kline, goddaughters LaNiya and Alijah D'Amico, along with the many friends he made over the course of his life. Rob is predeceased by his father Robert, his grandmother Jeannette "Billie" Roskowski, and grandfather Vincent "Ski" Roskowski. Rob graduated from Elan School in Poland, ME in 2001 and went on to study and received his certification as an automotive mechanic at Porter and Chester Institute in Stratford, CT. Rob was an avid car enthusiast, a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and loved to spend time with his loved ones. He was always the one who laughed the loudest and smiled the brightest. He loved animals, especially his beloved dog Moka. Rob was the first to lend a helping hand to those in need and was always there to listen when someone needed him to. He loved to cook and enjoyed going out to eat with his friends and family. His infectious smile and life of the party character will be sorely missed. A wake and viewing will be held on Friday, December 30th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home in Trumbull, CT. A burial ceremony for immediate family and close friends will be held at a later date.
