Robert Tiberio Obituary
Robert J. Tiberio of Fort Pierce, FL passed away on December 26, 2013 with Mary Ann, his wife of 57 years, at his side. He was born to Lucy & Russell Tiberio July 5, 1935 in Bridgeport, CT. He is survived, along with his wife Mary Ann, by a son Stephen & his wife Beth, 3 grandchildren, Alyssa, Lauren and Stephen Jr. He was also survived by two brothers Raymond and Roger, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Robert Jr., his sister, Lucille & his brother, Russell. He moved to Florida from Connecticut 15 years ago when he retired as a plumber from local 777. He served on the Palm Grove Association Board of Directors as Treasurer where he resided. Friends are invited to attend Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday January 4, 2014 at 10:30 am in St. Michael the Archangel Church, Bridgeport followed by interment in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford. Calling hours will take place on Friday from 4 to 7pm in the Commerce Hill Funeral Home, 4798 Main St. Bridgeport. For online condolences and to light a virtual candle visit us at commercehillfh.com

Mary Ann and family -- We are so sorry to have missed Robert's CT services. We were waiting to hear about the CT arrangements and just found out that they have passed. We would have been there had we known. Robert was such a pleasant guy and a great cousin to all. You and Robert are in our prayers.
