Ronald Hallstrom Obituary

HALLSTROM, Ronald B April 14, 1936 - November 11, 2013 In loving memory of Ronald Bruce Hallstrom who passed away November 11, 2013. He will be missed! He is survived by his son Lance Edward (Kamloops) & his daughter Terri (Vernon) as well as his two grandsons Matt & Tyler. He has moved on but will not be forgotten. He enlisted in the RCAF in 1955 & trained as an AI Navigator later flying CF100's in Ottawa & CF101's in Bagotville & Comox. (Twice) These were interspersed with tours in the GCI field, NDHQ & the Victoria RCC. There was a short break when he tried his luck in the Vancouver Police department. After retiring he served in the Reserves at Edmonton & Cold Lake as a NBCW officer. Arrangements for a final farewell & Celebration of Life have been set for Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 2:00 pm at 888 (Komox) RCAF Wing Air Force Association of Canada. All are welcome in joining us in remembering.
