Rosemary Ann Franco
Rosemary Ann Franco, age 73, of Oxford, entered into eternal rest on Thursday December 31, 2020 in Griffin Hospital with her loving family by her side. She is the beloved wife of 47 years to Frank Thomas Franco. She was born on October 13, 1947 in Newton, NJ. Daughter of the late Joseph Perfetti and Elsie McDavit Perfetti. She grew up in New Jersey but was a valley resident most of her life. Rose was employed for many years at Stop and Shop. Rose loved to play bingo as her favorite pastime with her best friend Linda. As well as watching UConn Women's Basketball. She enjoyed her daily scratch off, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. Her laugh was one of a kind that everyone will remember. She attended church every Sunday at Riverside Community Church. She is the beloved mother of Gary Franco and his fiancée Colleen Barrett, Billy Franco and his wife Sara Franco. A loving grandmother of Jasmine, Vanessa, Cayden, Saylor, Brantley and her fur children Rocky and Chevy. She is also survived by her brother Joe Perfetti and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving sister Susan Mudry. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday May 29, 2020 at 11 am at Riverside Community Church, 238 Freeman Rd., Oxford. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Oxford. The Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth St., Derby, are entrusted with the arrangements.
