Shirley (Belding) Perruzzi, age 95 of Stratford, CT, entered into eternal life on March 1, 2024 with her family by her side.
She was born on April 10, 1928 in Lynn, MA to the late Ethel and Oscar Belding. Shirley graduated from Lynn Hospital School of Nursing and worked in their Maternity ward for many years. She later followed her creative passions and opened up Four Seasons Ceramic Studio in Bridgeport, CT. Shirley loved to play golf, bingo, bowl, and had a love for dogs. Shirley also spent a great deal of her life traveling the world with her husband and would love to send her loved one's postcards from their travels. Shirley lived life to the fullest and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Shirley is survived by her devoted husband of 71 years Carmen (Ken) Perruzzi Jr., her son; Roy Perruzzi and his wife Diane. Her grandchildren Casey Ortiz and her husband Ruben, Joseph Perruzzi and his wife Michelle, Cori Perruzzi and her fianc� Christopher van Olden, and Nicole Morra; Three great-grandchildren Amelia, Alejandro and Antoinette Perruzzi and niece Lorraine Follis. In addition to her parents, Shirley was predeceased by her sister Marilyn Falzarano and grandson Lawrence Morra.
Private services will be held.

As a child I spent a lot of my vacation time with my Aunt. I helped her in her ceramic studio and when she went on trips to advertise her studio and to sell her merchandise. She was like a second mother to me. She will be missed. A very special woman!
