Stella Peggy Wodecki Stoliker

STOLIKER Stella Peggy Wodecki Stoliker, age 95, of Bridgeport, died Thursday, January 30, 2003, in the Bridgeport Health Care Center. Mrs. Stoliker was born in Poland and grew up in New Britain, and was a Bridgeport resident for more than 70 years. She was a member of the Black Rock Congregational Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald L. Stoliker; a daughter, Dorothy S. Boland; five brothers, Kasimir, Walter, Joseph, John and Stanley Wodecki; and a sister, Anna Choma. Survivors include one son, Thomas D. Stoliker and his wife, Harriet, of Bridgeport; two sisters, Sophie Drogosek and her husband, John, of Southington and Genevieve Marguis of Rocky Hill; a sister-in-law, Gloria Wodecki; three grandchildren, Laurie Leggio and her husband, Gregory, of Baton Rouge, La., Kathleen Yannopoulos and her husband, Tony, of Annandale, Va., and Rebecca Lamson of Naugatuck; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Monday at 11 a.m. in the Larson Funeral Home, 2496 North Avenue, Bridgeport, with the Rev. Jim Marshall, officiating. Burial will be in Lawncroft Cemetery, Fairfield.
