Stephen J. Risk

RISK Stephen J. Risk, age 57, of Stratford, beloved husband of Julie Drew Risk, died Tuesday, September 12, 2006 at his home. Born in Burbank, Calif., he had resided in Stratford for nine years. He was a self employed housepainter. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Stephen C. Risk of Van Nuys, Calif.; two daughters, Jacqueline Risk and Michelle Risk, both of La Salle, Ill.; three brothers, John Risk, David Risk and Marshall Risk, all of California; two sisters, Lois Smith of British Columbia and Nancy Hams of Oregon; one grandson, Christian Risk of Illinois; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m. in the Pistey Funeral Home, 2155 Main Street, Stratford. Services and cremation will take place in California.
