Thomas Jeffrey Falcone, 66, of Shelton, CT, passed away peacefully at home on December 25, 2023. Born on April 10, 1957, in Bridgeport, CT, he was the beloved son of Theresa Falcone and the late Orlando Falcone.
Tom was a loving husband to Colleen Dorso for 33 years. Together, they built a beautiful family and created cherished memories. He was a devoted father to his son Thomas Falcone and partner Shannon Sadler, his daughters Jennifer LaCivita and her husband Dan, and Kaleigh Bengtson and her wife Jessica.
Tom took great joy in being called "Bumpy" by his grandsons Eli and Luca LaCivita and granddaughter Lucy Bengtson. He shared a special bond with each of them and they will forever carry his love in their hearts.
In addition to his mother, Theresa Falcone of Bridgeport, Tom is also survived by his brothers Bryan Falcone and his wife Joanne of Bridgeport, Robert Falcone and his wife Andrea of Boynton Beach, FL. His nieces and nephews Darryl Falcone, his wife Stephanie and their son Aaron. Janelle Falcone, her husband David Pardy and their son Lukas, Michael Falcone and Sarah Falcone. Tom was predeceased by his father Orlando Falcone.
Tom was a loving brother-in-law to Mary Fleming and her husband Jamie Sapelli, Joanie Grosso, Linda Seeley, Jackie Tuozzoli and her husband Frank, William Fleming and his wife Phyllis, and the late Michael Fleming. He was loved by his many nieces and nephews.
Tom lived with incredible musical talent and there was no one he loved playing music with more than his son, Tommy. They would jam together on a daily basis, making memories that will last for decades to come.
Tom could pick up any instrument and entertain everyone. Tom loved jamming with all his friends and family and bringing people together with music. Most of the time his go-to was guitar, but he was an incredible piano player and even known to play a mean harmonica. If none of those were within reach, he could whistle you any tune.
Tom was an avid sports fan who loved his New York Yankees and New York Giants. Tom never missed a game, even if that meant everyone suffering through the static broadcast over the radio!
Tom was always there for anyone that needed him at the drop of a hat. He was the life of the party and will be missed by all who knew him. We will carry his memory with us forever.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Spear Miller Funeral Home, located at 39 S Benson Rd., Fairfield, CT, 06824.
