He was a devoted member of St. Dimitrie Orthodox Church, where he served on the Parish Council and was active in the St. Dimitrie Retirees Group. A true sun-worshiper, Chubby loved walking the beach at Seaside Park and spending summers in Cape Cod with his beloved wife. He was also an avid dog and animal lover.
