William Killian Obituary
William A. Killian, Sr. , age 63, of Stratford, entered into rest on Monday, February 5, 2018 in Bridgeport Hospital with his loving family by his side. He is the devoted husband of 43 years to Virginia (Cline) Killian. Mr. Killian was born in Peckville, PA on January 24, 1955, son of the late Joseph and Tillie (Hunyack) Killian, and was a Stratford resident for 38 years. He was a Machinist and Tool and Die Maker for Blase Manufacturing in Stratford. He was a supporter of the NRA, enjoyed woodworking, and fishing. He is the beloved father of Patricia Ann Manchisi and her husband Dino, William A. Killian, Jr. and his wife Tamara, and Jennifer M. Killian-Fitzmorris. He is the brother of Michael Killian and his wife Nancy, Patricia Mitchell and her husband Joseph, and the late Joseph Killian. He is the cherished grandfather of Raymond, Alex,and Nicholas Manchisi, Antonio, Nicholas, and Natalia Maielli, Hailey and Andrew Killian, and Madison and Caitlyn Fitzmorris. He also leaves several nieces and nephews.
Friends may greet his family on Friday from 4 to 6:45 p.m. in the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton. At 6:45 p.m., his funeral service will be celebrated with the Rev. Mitchell Wanat, officiating. At the request of his family, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Seymour Pink, P.O. Box 333, Seymour, CT 06483. Virginia and the entire Killian Family - I am so sorry for your loss. I know how close you all were, and my heart breaks for you.
