Charles Williams

Charles Frank Williams, age 82, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2025. Born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, he lived a life marked by service, faith, and devotion to family. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force before dedicating 30 years of his professional life as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. His family was the center of his life. He was a devoted husband, married for 60 years to his high school sweetheart, and a loving father to their three children and grandfather to their five grandchildren. A man of strong faith, he lived his values daily and was known for his integrity and kindness. He maintained an active lifestyle throughout his life, enjoying biking, running, swimming, and playing tennis and golf. He will be remembered as a faithful servant, a loving husband, an amazing father and grandfather, and a man who lived fully and purposefully. He is survived by his beloved wife Carolyn Williams and their three children; Casey Williams, Cathy Jennings (Mark) and Carrie Strong (James). He will be missed by his 5 grandchildren Emma Strong, Ashlyn Williams, Abby Tamosaitis (Levi), James Strong (Janis) and Grant Williams. Services will be held later this month. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Community Christian Fellowship (Carlisle,PA) or Disabled American Veterans.
