Harold Cornman Obituary
He was born Feb. 4, 1924, in North Middleton Township to the late Clarence E. and Clara Kutz Cornman.
A dairy farmer for 54 years on his farm in Penn Township, Mr. Cornman previously worked for Kruger's Dairy in Carlisle. He was a member of the Pennsylvania Farm Association and St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Newville, had attended Boiling Springs High School and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Madalyn Kough Cornman; a son, William; a daughter, Catherine, all of Newville; two brothers, Robert of Gardners and Leon of Carlisle; two grandsons and many nieces and nephews.
Three brothers, Earl, Kenneth and Paul, and a sister, Marian Simmons, preceded him in death.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with the Rev. Wayne Baker officiating. Burial will be in Newville Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
