Born Feb. 27, 1926, in Shippensburg, he was a son of the late William S. and Nellie Weaver Weibley and the widower of Elizabeth Jane Perry Weibley, who died Oct. 25, 1995.
He was a Merchant Marine veteran of World War II and a 1943 graduate of Shippensburg High School.
Employed by the former L'Aiglon Clothing Factory for more than 30 years, he retired from the former R & S Dress Factory in Shippensburg.
He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Shippensburg, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and vacationing at the beach.
Mr. Weibley is survived by three sons, William H. of Shippensburg, The Rev. James E. of Clearfield, and Elmer D. of Needmore; two daughters, Bonnie K. Mowery of Palo Alto, Calif., and Mary E. Weibley of Chambersburg; a sister, Thelma Heberlig of Halifax; two brothers, Calder of Hudson, Fla., and Richard of Shippensburg; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. in Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, 112 W. King St., Shippensburg, with the Rev. James E. Weibley officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
