Born Nov. 21, 1936, in Dillsburg, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Grace Eichelberger Pentz. She was the widow of Bud S. Lerew.
Mrs. Lerew was a retired home health companion for Messiah Village, Mechanicsburg.
She was a member of Harmony Bethel Church of God, Dillsburg.
She is survived by three sons, Mickey A. Lerew of Wellsville, Mark D. Lerew and Michael B. Lerew, both of Dillsburg; a daughter, Joni J. Coken of Dillsburg; a sister, Esther Warehime of Dillsburg; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Cocklin Funeral Home, 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg.
Burial will be in Dillsburg Cemetery, Mountain Road.
Friends may call Monday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
