Both Patra and I were sad to learn of the passing of "Punky". He was a man that I respected and admired. We had alot of good times together with him and your mother. When we think of Carlisle they are part of the memories. Now he goes to join Bill,Gump, and the rest of the crew.

WE WILL MISS OUR GOOD FRIEND PUNKY,HE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE

November 28, 2007

My cousin, my friend, my mentor. Punky taught me to take the "Hard Knocks" of football, swimming in the "Horsehole" in the cold waters of the LeTort, the pleasure and challenge of hunting pheasants, as well as the solitude of fly fishing. And yes, we even tipped a few beers after hunting or fishing. John was a true gentleman through and through. My thoughts of Punky are fondly remembered, and my sympathy goes to his loved ones and many friends.
