Phyllis B. Webber, 87, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025.
A visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. at the Newville First Church of God, 475 Shippensburg Rd, Newville, Pa.
