Bob was such a nice person. Always greeted you with a smile. Loved his Nittany Lions and his family. Back in the day when Carlisle had 3 on 3 street hoops, he would be downtown watching his grandchildren play and he would always stop by to watch my son, Jordan, play as well. We both worked at DPW at the time, and when our paths would occasionally cross at work he never failed to ask how Jordan was doing. Bob will be missed.
