He died Sunday, Aug. 31, 2003, at Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Township.
Born July 6, 1931, in Broadway, Va., a son of the late Ruth Virginia Charlton Strominger, he retired after 19 years with J.H. Rerick and Son in Dillsburg. He also worked for 18 years at the former Oto and Hollinger in Lemoyne.
He was a member of the Statue of Liberty Ellis Island Foundation, collected coupons for the senior citizens, and was an avid woodworker.
Mr. Webster is survived by his wife, Margaret A. Webster; two sons, William E. and Daniel L., both of Mechanicsburg; and a brother, Charles E. of Mechanicsburg.
The Rev. Elsie Ezzo will officiate at services. Burial will be in Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
Friends may call Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and Friday from 9:30-10 a.m. in the funeral home.
