Fidel Florez Obituary
Fidel was loved by his family and friends. His laugh was contagious and he had a big heart. Fidel was a jack of all trades, which included but was not limited to roofer, carpenter and mechanics.
Fidel was preceded in death by his father Manuel J. Florez and mother Juana R. Florez, sister Olivia Florez and Ermina Trevino.
He is survived by 9 grandchildren, Perla, Jessie, Veronica and Angel Florez, all of Phoenix, Arizona, Linda Florez of California, and Jerry Lewis Florez of New Mexico, brother Juan R. Florez of Albuquerque, New Mexico, sisters Rosa Pena, Flora F. and husband Miguel Sanchez of California, Amelia F. and husband Ben Sedillo of Los Lunas, Pat F. Lucero of Las Cruces, New Mexico. Edith R. Florez and Wilma Duran and loving niece Michelle Florez, all of Carlsbad, New Mexico.
There will be no visitation and cremation has already taken place. Deacon Tony Dominguez will officiate a burial ceremony at 10 a.m. Monday at the Carlsbad Cemetery.

You are not suffering or having to endure pain anymore tio, now you can rejoice in the heavens with the lord by your side....give my dad a hug and a kiss and tell him I love him while he plays his Spanish guitar for you....

R.I.P Tio Fidel you will be missed now you can be with your Mom (My grandma Juana) and your Dad (my grandpa Manuel) give them kisses and huggs from the whole family waiting here on earth to meet you all on that golden shore.....
