Guillermo Carrasco Pando was born June 25, 1929 in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico to Eduardo and Tomasa (Carrasco) Pando. He loved horses and was a hard worker. Guillermo worked as a rancher his entire life. He enjoyed going to the horse races. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Survivors are his wife, Elva Pando of Presidio, Texas; children: Elsa Pando Garcia of Ojinana, Chihuahua, Mexico, Guillermo Pando, Jr. of Lubbock, TX, Lucia Acosta Pando of Carlsbad, NM, Elpidio Pando of Odessa, TX, Maria Meneces Pando of Presidio, TX, Ana Gallardo Pando of Kermit, TX, Alma Rosa Aranda Pando of Presidio, TX, Carolina Pando of Mexico, D.F., Jorge Pando of Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico, Patricia McElwain
of Uvalde, TX; 25 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchldren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and 10 brothers and sisters.
Pallbearers will be Guillermo Pando, Jr, Elpidio Pando, Jorge Pando, Guillermo Acosta, Kevin Acosta and Jesus Acosta.
