Mike Dunagan Obituary
Carlsbad - Mike Dunagan, 77, of Carlsbad, NM, passed away June 28, 2021 at Carlsbad Medical Center. Cremation has taken place and there will be no public services.
Mike was born November 15, 1943 in Carlsbad, NM to Art and Dickie (Walker) Dunagan. He graduated from Carlsbad High School and attended NMSU. Mike and his father owned and operated Dunagan's Package and Lounge for several years. He later went to work for the City of Carlsbad where he retired. Mike was an avid fisherman and enjoyed playing golf. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Connor Young and brother, Jerry Dunagan.
Survivors are his wife, Johnnie Kay Dunagan; daughter, Mika Young; sons: Jason Dunagan and Les Henson; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Diane Aiello and several nieces and nephews.
