Billy Ray Wiglesworth

Billy Ray Wiglesworth, 75, Carlisle, died Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015 at his residence.
He was born in Cynthiana, May 21, 1939, to the late Martin and Louise Ravenscraft Wiglesworth, and was preceded in death by his wife, June Creighton Wiglesworth; a brother, Charles DeShay Wiglesworth; a granddaughter, Patricia Anne Lutrell; and his best friend, Jigger Keaton.
He was a machinist for 34 years at Star Tool and Dye and the lawn and garden manager at Walmart in Paris for eight years.
Survivors include: two sons, Leslie "Skip" (Kathy) Wiglesworth, Harrison County and Michael Ray Wiglesworth, Clay City; two daughters, Rexanna G. (Michael) Blakeman, Carlisle and Kathy (Chuck) Florence, Harrison County; a stepson, Anthony Dewayne; a stepdaughter, Debra Grace; a brother, James Garnett (Gina) Wiglesworth, Harrison County; a sister, Jean Brown, Harrison County; seven grandchildren, Kelly Marie Wiglesworth, Christina Louise Wiglesworth, Carla Jo Moore, Beth Anne Wiglesworth, Haley Brook Blakeman, Jake Blakeman and Jonathan Brylee Blakeman; four great-grandchildren, Austin Moore, Ethan Moore, William Gaunce and Alorea Gaunce and expecting great-granddaughter, Karter Sage Blakeman; several step grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Shirley Duffy; a special niece, Linda Shaw; 11 special friends, George, Steve, Gary, Junie, Lottie, Fred, Ralph Wayne, Gayle, Donnie, Kaylia and Chico; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Monday, Jan. 12 at 11 a.m. at Ware Funeral Home by Randy Ravenscraft. Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Morgan Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jake Blakeman, Jonathan Blakeman, Dean Wiglesworth, Shay Wiglesworth, Ben Gann, Kelly Wiglesworth, Clint Wiglesworth and Nicholas Wiglesworth.
