Died: April 13, 2019
Bud Trapp passed away on April 13, 2019, at home in Hospice Care after a short battle with cancer.
Bud was born in Sycamore, Il. May 24, 1936; was a graduate of Notre Dame with a BS and MS and he played on the football and baseball teams.
He is survived by his wife, Cherie; his three children, Loretta, Theresa and John, and five grandchildren, Paige, Austin, Sarah, David and Allan. He leaves two sisters, Angela (Ken) Anselment, Loretta (Marty) Sullivan and one brother Joe (Martha) Trapp.
Bud was preceded in death by his parents Dr. and Mrs. Harold J. Trapp and sister, Marianne Moran.
A funeral Mass was held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Fairfield Glade on April 26, 2019. Burial will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Sycamore, Il. on May 24th at 11:00. Reception to follow at the Vets Club in Sycamore.
