Celia loved children and was always so kind....first to our children, Bonnie and Becky, and then to our grandchildren, Ryan and Jenee. She would let our kids stay overnight, and read stories to them. When she was on a picnic with Ryan and Jenee, she even took their dog for walk and accompanied Ryan to the playground so he could play. What a heart of gold! We loved her for her jokes and laughter, too! She was always full of fun. We'll miss her. Love, Clarion and Ann

Allen, I too live in Hastings, Mn. I remember your father coming to our home on the farm in Kirkland, Il when he was a paper langer and painter on the Elmer Ecklund farm. I was always fasinated by his accent. Regards, Beulah Ecklund Bauman.
