To the Goff family and Bill
I worked for Helen in the catalog dept. of Montgomery Ward until they closed in 1980. I loved working with her and remember the Christmas rushes! I offered to help her wrap presents for her family one year and boy did we wrap and wrap and wrap presents! Couldn't wait to see Bill come through the door.... "Pop a Top" and we'd finally get a break from all those presents! I could go on for hours of wonderful memories of Helen. I was glad to work with her and got to know her. She taught me many things about life too. Even though I moved to Arizona in 1985, a card or call here and there to let her know I still think of her. She will always be in my heart and missed. She called me Blonde and knew me as Sarah Wehrman-Carter.

My deepest thoughts and prayers of sympathy go out to you and your families.

Anyone who knew Helen realized that she was the source of joy, knowledge and friendship. We are sad that she has passed, but can smile because we knew her and know that she is joining many friends who went before. God speed Helen.

Richard, Steven and Families
Aunt Helen will be greatly missed. She was always always a breath of fresh air and fun to be around. At the house, there was always a Jigsaw puzzle on the table and a tour of the gardens with plants to take home. She will be remembered each time we walk through our garden.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Love always,

Thinking of your family with deepest sympathy. Your Mother was one of a kind.... worked with her in catalog department, and kept up with her at Christmas time, all these years. We spent many hours in conversation while we worked together, and I enjoyed her views, even when we disagreed. I will never forget her.
