Jacqueline "Jackie" Stefani, age 72, died at the Rainbow Hospice Ark in Park Ridge, Illinois on Sunday February 1, 2015.
She was born in Chicago on February 27, 1942, the daughter of John and Anna M. (Fontana) Stefani.
She is survived by her brother, John R. (Sue) Stefani; and a sister, Nina (Mario J.) Fontana; her nieces and nephews, Jenni, T.J. (Amy) and Steve (Kristin) Fontana and Jay (Maggie), James (Lynnette), and Katie Stefani; her great nieces and nephews, T.J., Will, Bella and Enzo Fontana and Blythe and Clark Stefani.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home 7812 N. Milwaukee Avenue Niles, Illinois on Friday, February 6, 2015, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be from the funeral home on Saturday, February 7, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. to St. Bartholomew Church in Chicago for a mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at the St. Joseph Cemetery in River Grove, Illinois.

I finally came here to see this... what wonderful thoughts and sentiments from family and friends... my words here can't describe the loss, the empty feeling... for so many years now, the ride home from work, even at times from out of town, out of state, that phone call to you.. talking about nothing and everything... 27 days of wanting to call... I miss you terribly, and always will... yet I smile at the thought of you, mom and dad looking down on us, regaling the angels with stories, WITH SO MUCH DETAIL that we are famous for .. lol bye for now.. I love you, Johnny
