KENNETH HARRETT Obituary

Kenneth Max Harrett, 83, of Hinckley, Ill., passed away Monday, May 26, 2008, at Willow Crest Nursing Pavilion in Sandwich.
Born April 2, 1925, in Centerville, Iowa, he was the son of Audrey and Opal (Clark) Harrett.
Mr. Harrett attended Hinckley First United Methodist Church. Max was, for many years, a bricklayer, until his retirement. He enjoyed boating, fishing and tinkering around. Most of all, Max loved spending time with his granddaughter and great-granddaughter. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by a daughter, Marcia Lynn Wielert of Prescott, Ariz.; a granddaughter, Haley (Ceneca) Wagner of Hinckley; a great-granddaughter, Raven Wagner of Hinckley; two sisters, Pauline (Harley) Klotz of Hinckley and Phyllis (Joe) Nation of DeKalb; and a brother-in-law, Ed Ellis of Aurora; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Audrey and Opal Harrett; a grandson; a daughter; an infant sister and a sister, Juanita Ellis; and a brother, Walter Harrett.
The graveside service will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, May 29, at Greenwood Cemetery in Hinckley.
